The approach
I started with a complete audit of their tracking infrastructure. Every GA4 event, every GTM tag, every conversion action. I documented what was firing, what was missing, and what was double-counting. The audit revealed that over 40% of their conversion data was inaccurate.
I rebuilt the entire tracking stack from zero. New GA4 property with clean event taxonomy, new GTM container with proper trigger logic, and server-side tracking for the most critical conversion events.
